As a practicing Architect, Musembi has vast experience handling diverse projects ranging from Hotels, Schools, Sports Facilities, Housing & Office developments. It is this experience that we utilize to better understand the complexities & intricacies of the multitude of project disputes that may arise.
This coupled with his experience overseeing the SGR project at Kenya Railways Corporation enables Innovation 360 to give timely and accurate advice on how to resolve any disputes within the Construction Sphere.

In the Sporting sphere Musembi has served as a player, coach and administrator in various Sports Federations.
In his youth he played Rugby to the highest levels representing Kenya XV in the 1997 Rugby World Cup Qualifiers. Upon retiring from playing Rugby due to injury, he then had a stellar Rugby coaching career at both Club & National team level before hanging up his boots in 2007.
Since then, he has been very active in the Lawn Bowling circles and is the current President of the Kenya Bowling Federation, having been elected in 2020.
