Over the years Innovation 360 has provided Construction Project Management services to a variety of clients in differing settings. We have wide ranging experience in effectively managing & delivering medium to large sale projects as explained below.
Large Scale Projects
Our Managing Partner, Musembi Mumo, served as a Director on the Board of The Kenya Railways Corporation. As Chairman of The Corporations Strategic Projects Committee, he oversaw the Standard Gauge Railway Phase 2A project from inception to construction and through to commencement of the line operations of the SGR Nairobi – Suswa line. He also oversaw the construction of the Naivasha ICD complex & related infrastructure. This experience enables Innovation 360 to effectively project manage any large-scale project you may wish to undertake.
Medium Scale Projects
Innovation 360 has provided Project Management services for KOTO Housing Ltd on a number of projects. As part of the KOTO team we have successfully delivered 200 Housing units for the Kenya Police Service at Kamulu in Machakos County and in Migosi Kisumu County. Working with KOTO we have also delivered 100 Staff Housing Units for Brookside dairies at Gichecha Farm Taita Taveta County.
We have further experience in sectors such as Health Care having successfully delivered a Renal Unit at Nanyuki Hospital. In the education sector we successfully Project managed the construction of St. Catherine’s Girls High School in Machakos County.
In the commercial space we have provided Project Management consultancy services for One Stop Arcade and numerous Town House and Residential Construction projects across the region.
